Location: 100% remote
Duration: Full Time position
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour; ability to promote to CSR II after 60 days

CloudOne is looking for outgoing, well spoken and seasoned REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Our Call Center Agents are the heart of our business. They play a vital role, forming the human connection between our customers and our various partners. These partners include Kelly Blue Book, iHeart Media and many other names you will recognize. As a REMOTE agent, you’ll answer client inquiries and questions regarding multiple products and services that our organization both produces and provides from the comfort of your own home!
Responsibilities will include:
- Placing a high volume of outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments with our automotive partners which provide various services to the customer. CloudOne also receives inbound calls from customers but the majority of calls will be outbound.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about products and services.
- Providing individualized customer service of high-standard professional level.
- Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by our organization through a great tone of voice, product knowledge and call flow.
- Accurately updating our customer database based on the outcome of the call or digital interaction.
- Providing feedback and insight regularly on the effectiveness of policies and processes within the services and call center department.
- Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will:
- Be a legal resident of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, NC, NM, NV, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA or WA
- Possesses a strong desire to provide the best customer service possible. This includes building relationships and rapport with our customers and being an advocate for our partners.
- Demonstrate impeccable attendance and adherence to the shift assigned.
- Have their own equipment which includes either a desktop or laptop computer, keyboard, mouse and voice headphones. Must run Microsoft Windows or have a Google Chromebook/Chromebox. Apple products are not compatible with our Software.
- Has a quiet, distraction free environment in which the agent can conduct calls without background noise, interruptions, etc.
- High speed internet with the ability to support Voice Over IP phone calls with a minimum of 25 mbps of download speed or higher and able to connect via ethernet.
- Adaptability; processes and workflows may change as we look to improve both the customer experience and your experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Availability; our Supervisors will be checking in very often so it’s vital that our agents are available and open to feedback
- The ability to comfortably multi-task; you’ll be listening, talking and typing all at the same time
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls while still having a smile on your face!
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and or Google Suite; as well as the ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM.
