Your tasks

  • Prime contact in quality aspects to the customer on global level,
  • Ownership and answering of quality related customer inquiries in the pre-sales (RfI, RfQ, contracts) and after-sales phase – customers single point of contact for quality related topics
  • Promoting and implementing the process and quality management by supporting all departments, through coaching, adequate tools and methods especially in customer communication, visits and FAIs
  • Contributing to the activities related to system certifications such as ISO9001, ISO TS 22163/IRIS, (internal and external audits),
  • Driving the continuous improvement process in the sales organization,
  • Functional lead of other quality related functions within the sales organization,
  • Leading team of direct reports.


Your profile



  • Experience in risk management, compliance management and quality management (Quality Core Tools, such as 8D)
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication and motivation competencies with a global focus and entrepreneurial spirit – moderation and de-escalation skills in critical situations
  • Profound knowledge of the relevant standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS22163/IRIS, IATF16949, EN9100, etc.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish, basic German language skills would be an asset
  • Ability for international travelling, approx.. 10%-15% (20-30 d/a)
  • Open for new approaches, thinks globally acts locally
