HR Partner (Talent Acquisition) [Costa Rica]

Provide day to day coordination support to Human Resources team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall Talent Acquisition process. Responsible for the proper utilization of company systems to enable the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requisition creation, approval monitoring, interview scheduling, and offer management. Accountable to meet performance objectives as agreed.

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
  • Prolonged sitting in front of a computer.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant job experience.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources required.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking System(s), Taleo or Oracle recruiting system preferred.
  • Experience in multi-faceted environment with strong administrative support experience.
  • Experience communicating with senior level organizational leadership.
  • Experience recruiting senior professional and managerial level positions is preferred.

Education:
  • Minimum Associates Degree required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

InternalResponsibilitiesStr
  • Operate as a functional Taleo or recruiting system expert, ensuring best practice system utilization.
  • Support in new system and capabilities implementation
  • Assist with the information flow between Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers and Business Partners.
  • Optimize candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain a spirit of continuous improvement by active participation in projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures including development of RACI, as well as associated measurement criteria as applicable.
  • Actively pursue process improvement and efficiencies in Talent Acquisition and interconnected HR functions.
  • Act as the Talent Acquisition representative in assigned technical implementation projects to deliver robust, thorough understanding of business processes to technical partners.
  • Provide general assistance for recruiting activities as directed; participate in special projects.
  • Create new requisitions upon request ensuring system compliance and completeness. Ensure that all documentation related to a requisition is attached to the electronic requisition record.
  • Monitor pending requisitions for approval reminders; escalate delayed requisitions as necessary.
  • Post job openings internally and/or externally to within established guidelines.
  • Circulate internal communications regarding new positions.
  • Provide information to outside agencies within established guidelines. Coordinate Agency Intake meetings as directed.
  • Maintain current third-party agency records as requested (contacts, contracts, etc.).
  • Lead the development of third-party agency productivity reviews including documentation, compliance, reporting and analysis.
  • Review and analyze applicant source report(s) to recommend alternatives sourcing strategies.
  • Schedule intake sessions with assigned Hiring Manager, SMEs and HR Partner in a timely fashion.
  • Manage candidate interview scheduling, including confirmation calls/emails, and any necessary travel coordination.
  • Greet candidates upon arrival and provide them with an interview packet (job description, if necessary, interview schedule, benefits at a glance, perks, etc.) and execute the HR Induction Module
  • Conduct reference checks on applicable candidates as directed, document results accordingly.
  • Responsible to track final candidates offer letter acceptances extended by AMO to ensure clean hand off to HR Team.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Ensure Update system templates as needed
  • Create, compile, and distribute reports as necessary
  • Train managers and agencies on Taleo or Recruiting system as requested
  • Establish, foster and maintain working relationships across the organization.
