Responsibilities:
- He/she ensures the delivery of IT developments as part of project, maintenance, and application evolutions, in compliance with the principles of the "Factory" model defined by the IT department
- He/she ensures good management of resources for the development of solutions within a Factory
- He/she manages the demand related to projects (mainly) and application maintenance
- He/she guarantees the quality, coherence and effectiveness of developments
- He/she is responsible for delivering a software solution
- He/she is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the processes and methods inherent to the Factory

He/she facilitates the operation and exchanges in and outside the Factory
Job Summary:
- Min. 8-10 years of experience
- Hybrid model of working (2 days WFH)
- Must be present on Gosselies site at least two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays)
- Fluent in English and French (C2)
- Excellent communication
