You will be Part of the Accounts Team to Support the Financial Accounting and Operations of a Dynamic Catering Company. You Will Work with Different Stakeholders on the Following Functions:
Main Activities:
- Overall-in-charged of Accounts Receivable
- Perform Day to Day Financial Transactions , including Verifying, Classifying, Computing, Posting and Recording Accounts Receivables’ Accurately
- Attend to Internal and External Customers' Enquiry on Account Balance and Payments
- Preparation of Onboarding ( Accounts) as Vendors for clients
- Review Procedures & Processes Related to Credit Management and Collection
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Relevant NITEC Equivalent OR at least 5 Years relevant Finance & Accounting Experience
- Meticulous Sharp & Responsible . Independent but yet also a Team Player
- Great Attitude & Highly Motivated with Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
- Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment .
