The Chief of Staff is responsible to our Chief Executive Officer. This role would be ideally based in the UK or Indonesia, but other locations can also be considered.
Tasks
What are the main responsibilities of the role?
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Setting company-wide targets and assessing whether Revalue is on-track; flagging areas at risk; building company tracking tools & processes where necessary
- Owning company-wide business model, periodically updating, drawing out insights, coordinating resulting discussions and decisions
- Support investment decisions across the portfolio (working with the CCO)
- Be a thought partner to the CEO and assist decision-making
- Act as first point of contact for the CEO to help streamline communication and information flows within the organisation
- Support on miscellaneous high priority needs across the organisation e.g., investment team; ops

- A love of nature; a strong affinity with conservation and restoration of natural systems

- Evidence that you can work in remote teams, are self-driver with willingness to take initiative and committed to continuous improvement and consistent high-performance within a complex and fast-growing sector with 4-7 years of work experience
- Resilience, and the ability to make difficult things happen
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and detail orientation
- Willingness to join an international, remote working team, travelling to various international settings as needed
- A proven ability to work effectively in diverse cultural settings
- Demonstrated results in effective delivery and day-to-day operational excellence
- An understanding of nature-based solutions is desirable but not a must
