Position Overview: Barnksforte Group is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Secretary who is fluent in English, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is proficient in speaking Hausa. The ideal candidate will have a background in law and will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our executive team. This role requires excellent organizational abilities, a high level of discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive/Management team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, company matters, and executive discussions, demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in English and Hausa, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established formats and guidelines. Maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems.

§ Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence in English and Hausa. Conduct effective verbal and written translations between English and Hausa as necessary.
- Professional writing capabilities: Includes emails, memos, letters and other industry-related reports, documents and correspondence
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Legal Support: Utilize your law background to conduct legal research, review legal documents, draft contracts, and assist with legal correspondence as directed by the Executive/Management team.
- Liaison and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Executive/Management team and internal/external stakeholders, including staff, clients, vendors, and government agencies, etc.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate various corporate events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, venue arrangements, and guest accommodations.
Job Requirements:
§ Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
§ Bachelor's degree in law or a related field. Legal experience or knowledge of legal terminology is highly desirable.

Salary: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
