Recruitment
  • Identify present and future staffing requirement needs;
  • Maintain streamlined, standardized, accessible recruitment and selection processes for the attraction and
retention of quality staff;
Employment Processes
  • Manage the effective and efficient administration of employment processes and lead a proactive best
practice approach to the identification, development and continuous improvement of processes;
  • Ensure processes are legally compliant, user friendly and consistent with the company values;
  • With the assistance of the legal department, draft and maintain a suite of templates related to
employment (e.g. handbooks, workplace rules, policy documents and compliance documents);
Inductions
  • Prepare Employment Agreements, including probationary contracts and employment contracts, Welcome
packs, Starter and Induction packs
  • Welcoming and assisting with the induction of new employees
Doing Payroll - Insurance - PIT report
Training: support, arrange and follow up Training programs
Administration
  • Schedule meetings and take notes
  • Follow up on rolling task lists
  • Internal support service
  • Taking core of the house rules and a smooth workflow between the different departments
  • Taking care of Cleaners, security
  • Day to Day administrative requirements;
  • Assist in visa processing and logistics for Wurth internal staff from other regions;

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • More than 4 years working in similar industries in HR management.
  • Good at English verbal and written skills
  • Must be adaptable at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
  • Proactive, careful, open mind.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
  • Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able improve performance through management feedback.
