- Schedule meetings and take notes
- Follow up on rolling task lists
- Internal support service
- Taking core of the house rules and a smooth workflow between the different departments
- Taking care of Cleaners, security
- Day to Day administrative requirements;
- Assist in visa processing and logistics for Wurth internal staff from other regions;

- More than 4 years working in similar industries in HR management.
- Good at English verbal and written skills
- Must be adaptable at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.

- Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, as to communicate with employees, members of the management team, and in group presentations and meetings.

- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
