Purpose of the role:
The Customer Service Representative will provide an excellent level of customer support on a specific product or service. The consultants will interact with the company's clients by addressing inquiries revolving around product support, invoices, complaints and shipments.
W ho you are:
Fluent in Italian + English B2 level
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of computer applications
Computer and mobile devices knowledge/tech savviness
Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
