Become part of a newly established team, which will focus on people management and strengthening our implementation of cultural and behavioral changes in the IT organization. You will be working closely to IT Executives and support the IT leaders as part of the Office of the CIO (OCIO).
Get the opportunity to work close with our CIO and other IT executives across GN and take on a variety of tasks, such as planning and coordination of cross-functional events, developing communication material, and other activities which supports our leadership team and the focus on strengthening our internal culture.
You will work in average 15 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

The main objective of this position is to support in the OCIO in Denmark where the tasks and responsibilities will change along the way. But for now, the role entails:
  • Planning and coordination of internal executive meetings
  • Support calendar and administrative CIO schedule
  • Participate in, plan and prepare offsite events
  • Supporting strategy execution activities
  • Responsible for internal communication channels and content such as internal Group IT SharePoint page.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured and organized with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • A desire to develop your skillset and take on more responsibility as you develop in the role
  • Self driven and outspoken
  • Curious and social

Furthermore, you have a minimum 2 years of studies left within Business Administration, Communication or similar. Knowledge within IT is not a prerequisite, however, an interest within the field is a plus.
The most important thing is that you are structured, ambitious and know how to get things done.
Fluent written and spoken English skills
