JOB Descriptions and Responsibilities:
Our company is looking for an Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of personnel to complete a range of duties.
Also, the administration manager should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train personnel and designate responsibilities and office space
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
- Assess staff performance and provide guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor inventory of office/ stock supplies and the purchasing of new material/ stocks with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Requirements:
- Can be from any field as long as with experience in administrative works.
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem solving skills
- A team player with leadership
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
