Job Role

The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the service team and actively promote the sale of spare parts and after sales services.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and ensure all preventative maintenance (PM) services are performed within the prescribed timeframe.
  • Schedule technicians as efficiently as possible to perform PM servicing, repairs and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure all repairs and damages are reported on each machine.
  • Process internal and external client spare parts orders.
  • Assist in locating the correct spare part numbers for internal & external clients.
  • Co-ordinate all spare parts orders and deliveries.
  • Invoice for spares parts sales and after sales services.
  • Perform other tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical handling, port, industrial operations / Heavy equipment background.
  • Pro-active individual with a can do attitude.
  • Ability to constantly deliver excellent levels of customer service.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Effective time management & administration skills.
  • Strong analytical & numeracy skills.
  • People management and development skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to deal with all stakeholders in the business).
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₦200,000.00 per month
