Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments
Accurately identify the customer's needs and communicate them to the service team
Provide customers with a detailed explanation of services and associated costs
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain accurate service records and customer information in the company's database
Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians to facilitate communication and ensure that all customer concerns are addressed
Provide customers with information on products and services that may be of interest to them
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and technological advancements related to automotive service and repair

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
