We are looking for a Junior Project Manager, who will:
- Coordinate business and software/ IT complex projects and project teams, to deliver and ensure quality throughout the project;
- Monitor projects implementation based on predefined scope, align and ensure stakeholder engagement, provide solid decisioning argumentation based on factual understanding of the issues, monitor success metrics, track against milestones;
- Identify and monitor risks proactively, balance business needs versus constraints and drive discussions for mitigation actions and contingency planning;
- Support the project team to ensure maximum performance, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing;
- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors;
- Ensure responsible flow of information from the project owner / structured meetings to required reporting lines or senior executives regarding the project;
- Develop effective presentations and project update materials to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans;
- Collaborate with managers and consultants to effectively document business project requirements.
Requirements
To be considered you must have:
- educational background preferably in the fields of computer science, business or engineering;
- 2-4 years of experience in program/project management with experience in a software, system integration and business operations optimization/ transformation initiatives, experience in banking & servicing environment would be considered a plus;
- Experience in participating in cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints; monitor project success metrics and track against milestones;
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Firm command of the English/ Greek language;
- Previous successful experience in monitoring production deliverables for software platforms, SLA monitoring and portfolio migration projects, overall project monitoring through specific Project Portfolio Management tools (i.e., Jira, MS Project).
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Management Consulting or Big 4 firm in consulting/ business analysis projects;
- Experience in agile/scrum/CI and RPA/ AI projects deployment.
