Job Title: Valve Technician

Job Description:
As a Valve Technician at Penchin Global Services Limited, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various types of valves used in our mechanical systems. Your main duties will include:
- Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues with valves and related components.
- Conducting repairs and replacements on malfunctioning or worn-out valves to restore optimal functionality.
- Calibrating and testing valves to ensure they meet required performance standards.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to plan and execute preventative maintenance activities.
- Utilizing specialized tools and equipment to dismantle, clean, and reassemble valves accurately.
- Following safety protocols and best practices when handling valves and working with mechanical systems.
- Documenting all maintenance activities, including valve condition, repairs, and calibration results.
- Assisting in sourcing and procuring valve parts and components as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Valve Technician or a related role in the mechanical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various types of valves, their functions, and applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with valve testing and calibration equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for valve maintenance and repairs.
- Understanding of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in valve maintenance will be advantageous.

Education and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification in Machining or relevant technical training is preferred.
Remuneration
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
