Command IT is an established MSP based in St Lukes, looking after a variety of NZ-based companies, primarily in the Auckland region.
As a Network Engineer, you will be joining our highly skilled Tech Team, which monitors and manages all aspects of our client's IT environments including Windows and Apple devices, Servers, Microsoft 365, firewalls, wireless, mobiles, backups, printers, etc.
You will be responsible for providing great service via remote and onsite support to enhance our long-term relationships with clients, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of commercial experience in a similar role. While experience and certifications are ideal, your drive and ability to offer and provide outstanding customer service are essential to success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administration and management of client desktops, servers & other network devices
- Management of job queue, scheduling, and attending site visits
- Site analysis/audits, Site map creation, documentation, and maintenance
- Liaising with customers ensuring they are updated/informed.
- Assist with designing and implementing security policies.
- Keep up to date with technology & trends.
