Job Description:
We are seeking multiple reliable and hardworking Tiler Assistants to join our team. As a Tiler Assistant, you will work alongside experienced tilers, helping them with various tasks such as preparing surfaces, cutting tiles, mixing adhesive, and grouting.
Responsibilities:
Assisting tilers with the preparation of surfaces prior to tiling.
Measuring and cutting tiles to the required size.
Mixing adhesive and grout.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools.
Moving tiles and other materials to and from the worksite.
Assisting with the installation of tiles.
Maintaining a safe and clean worksite.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a tiler assistant preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour for extended periods.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
