Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment process, e.g. sourcing, arranging interview, on-boarding, etc.
- Manage Contract staff and communicate with service user
- Prepare Payroll Report
- Support tender quotation submission
- Maintain internal reports of staff control list and invoices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences for Senior HR (Fresh Graduates are welcome for junior role)
- Native in Cantonese and fluent in English
- Good command in Microsoft Word and Excel (application level)
- Knowledge in payroll software is an advantage
- Fast learner, being resourceful and adaptive
