We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our HSSEQ department as an HSEQ Coordinator. As an integral member of our team, you will play an important role in maintaining an effective management system and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a super user of the company's management system, ensuring its smooth operation and functionality
- Review, update, and maintain a well-functioning management system, keeping it up to date with relevant policies and procedures

Act as a super user of the company's compliance register, ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness- Review, update, and maintain a well-functioning compliance register
- Conduct compliance investigations and risk assessments within our value chain
- Participate in internal and external audits related to HSSEQ matters.
- Close cooperation with the Asset Teams
Competence Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Knowledge and experience in risk management, internal control, and industry standards
- Experience in the offshore or maritime industry is advantageous
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
