What you'll do?- Design and implement Collaboration Environment based on Microsoft O365 Solution (Sharepoint, Skype, Teams, Exchange) and additional tools as Azure AD, AWS, etc.
- Architect Sharepoint, Skype, Teams, Exchange environment incl. structure and Usability
- Consult and support collaboration platform users in setting-up and organizing their collaboration environment
- Advice and manage external service provider how to setup and operates collaboration environment
- Execute life cycle management for the global collaboration platform
- Utilizing Veoneer IT processes (service now) within the dedicated area of responsibility
- Implement standardization, synergies and best practices for the global Collaboration Infrastructure
- Develop global capacity planning and monitoring within the dedicated area of responsibility
- Work with global operations in terms of IT collaboration infrastructure based on availability, capacity, continuity and performance parameter based on business requirements and deliver global services according to these definitions
- Interact with business departments and core IT teams for service improvements and IT incidents
- Project management and local support coordination for global applications
- Support Budget Control and Reporting
- Take ownership of assigned global projects and/or process manager roles
What you'll bring?
- Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Applied Information Technology, Media Information Technology or similar; alternatively: relevant vocational training and work experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft O365, Azure, Azure AD, AWS, Powershell, Microsoft Skype for Business, Teams
- Strong knowledge of Collaboration Architecture and IT Architecture (TOGAF)
- Sound expertise in IT Service Management (ITIL and COBIT)
- Very good communication skills
- Teamplayer
