At Humanitics, our product delivers straightforward action recommendations to Store Managers in a user-friendly format, facilitating prompt decision-making. Behind the scenes, our advanced Artificial Intelligence algorithms process the data, uncovering valuable insights that traditional retail analysis methods fail to capture in time.
Required Profile
We are seeking students enrolled in a top engineering schools or those pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in data science, mathematical engineering, machine learning, or equivalent fields. Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of the main statistical tools and their theoretical foundations.
If you have a passion for coding and have actively participated in Python projects in the past, gaining familiarity with the language and its data science libraries, we would like to hear from you. We value individuals who are meticulous, self-driven, and demonstrate commitment and dedication to their projects.
An interest in tech entrepreneurship and a good understanding of online and offline retail challenges, as well as participation in Kaggle-type challenges, will be highly regarded.

Job Description
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be an integral part of our development team, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The primary goal of our team is to build and integrate the machine learning models into our platform. The second goal is to enhance and improve both the front-end and back-end of our product, ensuring its reliability, stability, and performance.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating new machine learning models while considering the entire data pipeline, including data retrieval, cleaning, preparation, model training, and delivering results to customers through interfaces.
- Building end-to-end new features for the platform used by brands and refining existing features.
- Developing new user interfaces and enhancing existing ones.
- Applying best development practices, such as adhering to writing standards, documenting code, using GitHub, distinguishing scripts from Notebooks, refactoring code, and performing unit testing.
- Monitoring and improving ML models performance.
