Description:
Our client has a nursery and we are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager for a nursery. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care is provided to our children.
Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the nursery staff.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.
Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Maintain a positive and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff.
Foster strong relationships with parents and engage them in their child's learning journey.
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or Business or a related field.
Experience +7 years in a managerial role within the nursery or early childhood education industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: 17,000 - 21,000

Salary: AED17,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
