About the Role
To deliver comprehensive technical support in both hardware and software issues ensuring promt problem resolution action. Additionally, adeptly troubleshooting a diverse range of IT concerns spanning from software glitches to hardware malfunctions and maintaining records of all support interaction and providing effecient customer service.
About You
Ideally considers candidates with the following:
- Bachelor Degree (Computer science, IT, Computer Engineering)
- Proven experience in IT Helpdesk Support/IT Support - Troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as desktop/laptops, printers, to MS office
- Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups
- With ITIL Foundation background /certifications is a preference
- Strong Customer Service, Communication and Documentation skills
- Residing in Kuwait
