Today we are looking for a Project Coordinator who will strengthen our team. The main task is to coordinate a range of projects from holdings to start-ups. Companies are represented in the countries of the EU, UK, USA, Africa and Asia. Main domain areas: Telecom, FinTech, e-Commerce, and Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Control of the project in its areas of responsibility;
- Maintaining the demands of projects up to date;
- Monitoring and updating information in 1C;
- Creating tickets in the ticketing system to prepare candidates;
- Familiarizing, managing, and preparing candidates before interviews;
- Organizing, quality control and updating of onboarding materials for the project (statistics of preparations for customer/team interviews, control of interview success);
- Compiling monthly reports on the team's time worked and synchronizing them with 1C for billing purposes;
- Collecting time worked per week in chat from developers and entering into customer Worklog and time tracking in a timely manner;
- Conducting meetings with the project team and recording agreements in Meeting Notes;
- Collecting feedback on each team member monthly/quarterly;
- Creating tasks in Jira for new developers on the project, monitoring work time tracking, and filling in project information;
- Providing consulting support to developers for arising questions;
- Planning team members' vacations and coordinating with all stakeholders;
- Seeking new opportunities for account growth (job openings, company news, etc.);
- Monitoring project risks and preparing Risk of Leaving reports;
- Escalating complexities and contentious issues to management;
- Executing tasks set by the DM (Delivery Manager) and other assignments from superiors
- Ensuring ongoing communication with the client and full transparency and prompt response to feedback;
- Miro/Figma actualization and support;
- Supporting and updating information in Jira/Confluence project documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in the role of Project/Talent/Resources Coordinator – would be an advantage;
- Understanding of customer interaction models;
- Basic understanding of technical aspects;
- Understanding of budgeting, facilitation, Agile principles and critical thinking;
- Systems thinking, ability to find common language with colleagues and partners as well as with client;
- Ability to work multitasking, stress tolerance;
- Understanding of the principles of working with Jira, Confluence;
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Experience in resource management/sales.
