A full-time, permanent, vacancy has arisen for the role of Customer Propositions Copywriter. You will be responsible for the development of creative, clear, meaningful and personalised content to drive engagement with key customer cohorts at different milestones throughout their membership. Dynamic and tailored multi-channel content will be required to meet the nuanced needs of different customer cohorts as well as different communications objectives such as utilisation, retention, programme registration, app downloads etc.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop content suitable for all channels, encompassing offline and online, with a particular focus on DM, eDM, app, web and SMS
- Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets customers’ needs and stakeholder deadlines
- Understand the specific needs and behaviours of customers to determine and create relevant content
- Conduct desktop research if required to formulate ideas and support writing
- Participate in the creative and research processes to enable the creation of relevant, insight driven content
- Work closely with external agencies and in-house designers to ensure alignment
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their content requirements
- Update and present copy and content to stakeholders and colleagues

Technical:
- Excellent copy writing skills across multiple channels, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to clearly communicate copy and content to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing business challenges
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and passionate about delivering creative and engaging customer centric communications
- Good communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a variety of stakeholders at all levels
- Good interpersonal skills to work closely with other individuals and teams to achieve goals
- Receptive to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or a related field
- A clear understanding of customers’ needs and behaviours
- Minimum 5 years copy writing experience across multiple channels, ideally for a specific industry, such as healthcare, marketing, or technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and meeting multiple deadlines
