RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected;
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing dashboards and their underlying data sets;
- Monitor key metrics, identify business trends;
- Present product and customer data-driven insights to product management and senior leadership - influence change with the outcome of your analysis and make recommendations to executives and team leaders;
- Launch and analyse different A/B tests providing business/product recommendations;
- Lead deep-dive analysis that will frame product strategy and product roadmap decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in a product or data analytics;
- Advanced SQL skills, ability to perform complex queries including multiple JOINs, CTEs, window functions, query optimisation etc;
- 2+ years of practical experience with BI visualisation tools (Looker/Tableau/etc);
- Good knowledge of statistics: confidence intervals, hypothesis checking etc;
- Practical experience of production A/B testing;
- Ability to perform extensive research providing business understandable insights
- Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;
- The ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- English language proficiency - B2 is the minimum.
