IT Business Analyst eCommerce - Direct to Consumer [Spain]


 

We are looking for a Business Analyst specialised in eCommerce Direct to Consumer to be part of our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department (MSE).

The role

A Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and refining business and functional requirements and translating these into meaningful use cases, digital requirements and features and functional specifications in the following solution: eCommerce - Direct to Consumer.


The eCommerce – Direct to Consumer stream includes solutions such as Adobe Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify & SAP Hybris.


S/He will act as the face to our EUR Markets and collaborate with Tech Specialists, Product Managers and Project Mgrs to prepare for new deployments and/or Product enhancements. Business Analyst will gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing analytics, training documentation or procedures.


Reporting to the Regional Manager Marketing Sales & eBusiness Technology Zone EUR, the Business Analyst will be considered as a thought leader and functional expert, acting as the EUR Market point of reference for eCommerce – Direct to Consumer Solutions


What you’ll do

  • Working with the Zone EUR Market Functional Managers/key business stakeholders to elicit their Business Requirements
  • Proactively support and guide EUR Markets on initiatives and Demand Shaping plans
  • Functional leadership including use cases, personas, stories, and requests definition for review
  • Functional Analysis and process design, transpose requirements into Functional Specifications and organize the sign-off
  • Work side-by-side and support Technology Specialist to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Champion product adoption across our systems and constantly propose optimizations in systems integrations & User Experience
  • Liaise with Product Managers to surface gaps and help influence and prioritize technology roadmaps to support business needs and strategic priorities

Minimum qualifications:

  • +5 Years of relevant experience as Business Analyst in a relevant area in the area of IT Digital solutions.
  • +3 years experience as Business Analyst on eCommerce implementations.
  • Experience as Business Analyst in Order to Cash implementations (SAP, Oracle…) Sales and Distribution (order to cash, es el nombre que se le suele dar).
  • General knowledge of Digital tools (WebCMS, eCommerce, Web Analytics, Mobile, IoT, AI, Personalization, Digital Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data)
  • Previous involvement in web projects using Drupal or AEM as a Web CMS and good understanding of Web CMS technologies (from a user or editor experience).
  • Previous involvement in Product Information using DAM, PIM and Publication solutions
  • Experience in the creation of digital content and documentation for a non-technical audience
  • Experience working in Agile/Develops environment using Design Thinking methodology
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Intercultural fluency and experience in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Strong ability to adjust to a changing environment and to adapt to shifts in priorities quickly
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous or unclear requirements and driving clarity
  • Willingness to work across pillars, project, and products as needed within Marketing, Sales & eBusiness
  • Positive attitude and one-team approach
  • Curious in nature with an Intrapreneurial and Innovative spirit
