Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1.负责行业研究，包括行业动态、趋势跟踪、标的筛选、业务前景分析等，筛选、评估和储备战略提升或战略重组的投资项目；
2.负责构建与重点被投企业、政府部门以及相关战略合作资源的信任和合作关系；
3.主导相关项目的战略重组、战略合并等，上下游纵向组合等投资环节。按照项目要求完成业务调研、业务重组方向、重组计划、合并计划等各项工作，确定项目的成本、收益和风险；
4.了解和分析联想战略和联想内部业务的情况，推动创投已布局的投资项目与联想内部业务的协同发展和战略组合的机会，并完成项目调研、投资计划、合并计划等各项工作。
任职资格：
1. 硕士以上学历（理工科类专业加分）；
2. 擅长组局整合上下游合作伙伴和政府等多方⽣态资源，有丰富的战略投资、重大政府项目落地、合并重组等经验；
3. 思路清晰，逻辑性强，责任⼼强，沟通能力强，能够很好协调各方关系和资源，同时具备敏锐的洞察力；
4. 至少5年以上的业务管理经验和战略投资经验，能够深入理解和分析业务，对科技赛道和科技类的企业和项目具备专业知识和分析能力；
5. 优先考虑有实操经验和能力的头部机构投资人和大型企业战略并购部门管理者；
6. 英语听说读写流利优先。
