We are looking for a talented Producer for our creative studio.
The job entails the coordination of a high volume of creative projects (Videos, Playable ads, banners, and games) mainly for digital marketing in social networking. Projects vary and include different engagements with various clients.
Responsibilities
Coordinating schedules of studio employees (Graphic Designers. Programmers, After Effects Animators, Copywriter), providing estimates, calendar creation and maintenance, resource management, and skillful written and verbal communication between internal and external clients.
Keeping projects on schedule while problem-solving and communicating changes.
Overseeing the quality assurance process for the various creatives.
Acting as an integral liaison between the studio and the client regarding scheduling, confirmations, long-term planning, file and inventory management.
Scouting and hiring new employees, actors, influencers, and other service providers for the different productions.
Requirements
A minimum of one year of professional industry experience in a project management position.
Project management experience within a creative agency, studio or production companies.
English proficiency – a must.
Working knowledge of studio workflows and scheduling, production budgets, estimating and reporting, merchandise management systems and databases.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience in a creative studio or retail advertising, marketing, or creative environment would be an advantage.
