Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to work on site in our busy car showroom in Darlington.
Working hours: 7am-10am Monday – Saturday.
As a cleaner you will be at the heart of our operations and will share our team ethic whilst contributing to our success. You will help make our showroom a welcoming place to work
Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
You will:
- Work 3 hours per day, mon-wed-fri from 7am-10am
- Be reliable and enjoy working on your own
- Be able to follow safety instructions
- Be a reliable and hardworking individual
- Take pride in your cleaning abilities
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Be punctual
- Be professional, organised and work quickly
- Ensure cleaning supplies are always kept stocked and tidy
- Report any hazards or problems to your direct line manager
- Adhere to health & safety guidelines
- Control and record stock levels
- Replenish consumables/stock levels
Duties to include:
- Emptying office bins
- Cleaning offices
- Sanitizing
- Time management
- Effective and safe cleaning of showroom floors
- Hoovering, dusting & mopping
- Dusting
- Documenting inspections and recording undertaken tasks
- Cleaning a large car showroom floor
- Ensuring all equipment is kept clean and have a well-maintained workspace
- Clean bathrooms and toilet areas
