Job Responsibilities
- Build a good relationship with existing and prospecting customers.
- Develop sales strategies align with customer needs, competitors, and the market.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and be accountable for the agreed sales and margin targets.
- Participate in strategic and execution plans to maintain customers.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to identify and capture business opportunities.
- Train and coach subordinates with a sales goal to improve team performance.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in Key Account, Sales Executive, or related fields.
- Experience in HoReCa would be an advantage.
- Excellent skill in time management, customer service, and problem-solving is a must.
- Own a car and able to drive many places for sales activities.
