Job Descriptions :
- Coordinate with key stakeholders of each Strategic Business Unit for strategic initiative delivery and project monitoring
- Manage reports and data collection for strategic decision making, including (but not limited to) Monthly Management Report, Feasibility Study Tracking, and Project Cost Report
- Lead improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of Sinar Mas Land digital, investment, and non-property business process
- Create and validate documentation and milestone for a new projects that will be launched
- Coordinate with key stakeholders on cross-functional issues and deliver escalation message to Deputy Group CEO

Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Finance or Accounting in reputable university
- Deep knowledge and understanding about technology & investment.
- Able to do self market research, data analysis and reporting
- Able to do financial statement analysis, investment management, financial modeling, and statistics.
- Willing to be placed in BSD Tangerang
