  • Coordinate with key stakeholders of each Strategic Business Unit for strategic initiative delivery and project monitoring
  • Manage reports and data collection for strategic decision making, including (but not limited to) Monthly Management Report, Feasibility Study Tracking, and Project Cost Report
  • Lead improvement initiatives to increase the effectiveness of Sinar Mas Land digital, investment, and non-property business process
  • Create and validate documentation and milestone for a new projects that will be launched
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders on cross-functional issues and deliver escalation message to Deputy Group CEO

Job Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Finance or Accounting in reputable university
  • Deep knowledge and understanding about technology & investment.
  • Able to do self market research, data analysis and reporting
  • Able to do financial statement analysis, investment management, financial modeling, and statistics.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD Tangerang
