The successful candidate will have experience operating and baking in deck and rack ovens. They will be responsible for proving and baking a variety of products, various breads from sour dough to brioche, croissants, viennoiserie, pies and various pastry products. You will be supported by a team of artisan bakers and pastry cooks. For the right person, this will be a rewarding career move.
